The AGM for 2019 Notice of Meeting was sent as an email to all members on the database, financial or not, by the Secretary in early December. The meeting is on February 23 commencing at 11 am and the meeting will be followed by. a member lunch. Full details are in the attached file. As per the Rules, proxy forms were also issued and can be found here

You are invited to stay for lunch, following the meeting. The board will provide sausages and it would be appreciated if you would bring a salad or a dessert to share with others.
Please do consider joining the board to help manage our group. The work is not onerous, but the same people have been on the board for many years and it is time for some “new blood” with exciting ideas. Having said that, you can only nominate and/or vote if you are financial so if you’re not, bring your membership dues and we’ll fix that too! (EFTPOS, no fees, available on the day!)
